Wisconsin Man Throws Ribs at Cars

"Now why did you want to go and do that?"

RACINE, WI - Sharquon K. Liggins, 35, decides that there wasn't much to do on a cold winter's day in Wisconsin, so Liggins had himself an idea.

Liggins took 15 to 20 ribs and threw them at oncoming cars because he though it was funny, according to WITI (WI news affiliate), the ribs were scattered across four lanes of traffic. 

A passing driver called the police, and the police tracked Liggins to his home, and discovered a bag of ribs in front of his house on the lawn. The police stated that Mr. Liggins went "hog wild" because of the fact he found his crime hilarious, but the also reported that Liggins could not stay balanced and appeared to be foaming from the mouth, and refused medical attention.
